Welcome to Brunch Club. By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

About Brunch Club

Brunch Club is a women-focused social and community event organization that hosts gatherings, activities, workshops, and social experiences designed to foster connection and community.

Participation in Brunch Club events is voluntary, and attendees are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and well-being while participating.

Eligibility

• Attendees must meet the minimum age requirement listed for each event.
• Most Brunch Club events are intended for women ages 18 and older unless otherwise specified.
• By registering for an event, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Event Registration & Payment

• Full payment is required to reserve your spot unless otherwise stated.
• Event spaces may be limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Tickets are fully refundable up to 7 days before the event date.
• No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event, except in the event of cancellation by Brunch Club.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may contact us to request a transfer of your ticket to another attendee, subject to approval.
    
• Brunch Club reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify events due to weather, venue issues, safety concerns, low attendance, or circumstances beyond our control.

If an event is canceled by Brunch Club, attendees will receive either a refund or credit toward a future event, at Brunch Club’s discretion.

Assumption of Risk

By attending a Brunch Club event, you acknowledge that participation may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical activity, travel, food consumption, outdoor conditions, interaction with other participants, and use of third-party venues.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brunch Club, its owner, volunteers, partners, venues, sponsors, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, theft, accident, or other claim arising from participation in any event or use of this website.

Attendees participate at their own risk.

Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically able to participate in an event.

Attendees should notify event organizers of any relevant allergies, dietary restrictions, or accessibility needs before the event when applicable.

Code of Conduct

Brunch Club is committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment.

We reserve the right to remove any attendee without refund for behavior including:

• Harassment or discrimination
• Threatening or disruptive conduct
• Excessive intoxication
• Violence or unsafe behavior
• Any conduct that negatively impacts the experience or safety of others

Photography & Media Release

By attending a Brunch Club event, you grant permission for photographs, videos, and recordings that may include your likeness to be used for marketing, social media, promotional materials, and future event advertising without compensation.

If you prefer not to appear in photos, please notify the event organizer at the event.

Third-Party Venues & Services

Some events may take place at third-party venues or involve third-party vendors. Brunch Club is not responsible for the actions, policies, products, or services of those third parties.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, event descriptions, graphics, and materials are the property of Brunch Club and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Changes to Events & Terms

Brunch Club reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in events constitutes acceptance of any updates.
